Soliday is built to respect your privacy. The short version: your training data stays on your phone, and the only thing we collect is anonymous, non-identifying usage statistics to help us improve the app.
We don't collect any. Soliday has no account, no login, and no sign-up. We never ask for or store your name, email, or any information that identifies you.
To understand how the app is used and make it better, Soliday collects anonymous, aggregate usage events — for example, that the app was opened or that a workout was completed — using PostHog, a first-party product-analytics tool (data hosted in the United States).
If you enable them, Soliday schedules local notifications (rest-timer alerts and training reminders) directly on your device. These are never sent through a server.
Share cards (your workout summary images) are generated on your device and are only shared when you choose to share them, through your own device's share sheet.
Soliday contains no ads and no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is needed. The only analytics is the anonymous, first-party usage measurement described above.
Soliday does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
